Our menu features our own delicious,and freshly prepared Seafood and much more. , including salads, chicken skewers,pasta and curry. We try our best everyday but if we need to make something right for you one of our in store Managers will speak to you personally to do everything we can to make you happy. Online orders may be placed for in-store pickup or delivery (at selected locations). Please check with your local store for available delivery services.
Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Once an order is submitted to a Jumpin Jakes Seafood, any requests for refunds shall be resolved at, and is the sole responsibility of, Jumpin Jake’s Seafood at the location which the order was placed, and must be done within 24 hours after placing the order. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.There is also no guarantee that all or any customer complaints will result in a complete refund of purchase, It is up to the Manager on duty to make the decision to refund your purchase and the amount they wish to refund.
A guest shall request a refund from the manager at the respective restaurant location in which an order was placed by contacting the manager directly either in person or over the phone or email. The original receipt must accompany all refund requests and any credit cardholder must present a valid ID for all credit card transactions. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used in the original purchase. A cash refund will not be provided. In certain cases, we may offer a guest a store credit in the dollar amount of such refund. Any transactions shall occur in US dollars only.
